AFHL Playoff Update

RED DEER – The Alberta Female Hockey League (AFHL) playoffs are in full swing across all three divisions, with the finalists for the Provincial Championship Tournaments set to be determined by the end of the weekend.

U18 AAA

The U18 AAA division is waiting on just one more finalist for Provincials, as the Red Deer Sutter Fund Chiefs and Lloydminster PWM Steelers will play a winner-take-all game on March 12 to determine who will advance. The winner of that game will be joining the top seed from the regular season – the Edmonton Pandas, the host team – Calgary Fire, and the St. Albert Bauer Slash, who advanced by winning their playoff series last weekend.
